2、大螺桿,大行程配置,比雙階機塑化效率至少提高 2-4 倍,極大提高生產(chǎn)效率。
Large screw and long stroke configuration, the plasticizing efficiency is at least 2-4 times higher thanthat of two-step machine, which greatly improves the production efficiency.
3、大螺桿配置轉(zhuǎn)換其它產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)時直接更換料管組即可,避免專用機帶來的浪費,真正實現(xiàn)一機多能。
When the screw configuration is changed to other products, the material tube group can be directlyreplaced, thus avoiding the waste caused by special machines and truly realizing one machine withmultiple functions.
According to the size of the mold, diferent clamping parts can be selected for combination, thus reducingthe equipment investment.
PVC管件特點介紹:

3、大型 PVC管件采用螺桿中心冷卻方案,有效控制螺桿加料的中心溫度,確保產(chǎn)品成型品質(zhì)。
