2、模版,肘桿等鎖模部件均采用高倍數設計,既提升開合模部分的鋼性與精度,同時又實現對模具更好的安全保護。具有更靈敏的低壓
模保功能。

3.移動模板支撐采用線性導軌,與石墨銅套加潤滑脂潤滑,保證模具區清潔,特別適合醫療產品與高精度光電產品。

6、儲料與開合模同步,開模和頂出同步,大大縮短產品成型周期。

7、注射絲桿及壓力傳感器均采用日本品牌產品,確保機器運行精度及壽命,并且采用350mm/s與200mm/s的高射速來滿足高要求的成型產品。
